        This Privacy Policy explains how Neurostem ("we", "our", or "us"),
        the company behind the StychAI application, collects, uses, and protects
        your information when you use the StychAI mobile application. Please read it carefully before
        using the app.
    

1. Information We Collect

a) Account Information

When you create an account or sign in with Google, we collect:

Email address
Display name
Profile picture (from Google, if you sign in with Google)

b) Photos & Camera

The core feature of StychAI requires you to upload or capture a photo of yourself for the virtual try-on experience. Photos you provide are sent to our processing server solely to generate the try-on result. We do not store your personal photos on our servers after the result is delivered.

c) Usage & Credits Data

Credit balance and transaction history
Styles you have tried on or saved
Subscription / plan information

d) Device & Analytics Data

We automatically collect limited technical information to improve the app:

Device model, OS version, app version
Crash reports (via Firebase Crashlytics)
Anonymous usage events (via Firebase Analytics)
Advertising ID (via Google AdMob, for serving relevant ads)

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide, operate, and improve the virtual try-on service
To manage your account, credits, and subscription
To show rewarded advertisements (AdMob) so you can earn free credits
To diagnose crashes and fix bugs (Crashlytics)
To understand how users interact with the app (Firebase Analytics)
To respond to your support requests

3. Third-Party Services

StychAI uses the following third-party services that have their own privacy policies:

Supabase — backend database and authentication. Privacy Policy
Google Sign-In — optional sign-in method. Privacy Policy
Google AdMob — rewarded advertisements. Privacy Policy
Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics — app analytics and crash reporting. Privacy Policy

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

4. Camera and Storage Permissions

StychAI requests access to your camera and photo library solely for the purpose of capturing or selecting the photo used in the virtual try-on. These permissions are never used for any other purpose.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account exists.
Photos uploaded for try-on are processed in real time and are not permanently stored on our servers.
Try-on result images saved to "My Looks" are stored in your account until you delete them.
Analytics and crash logs are retained for up to 90 days.

6. Your Rights & Account Deletion

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and associated data

To delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at delete@nurostem.com with the subject line "Delete my account". We will process your request within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

StychAI is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit and secure authentication via Supabase. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
